SOHAMS with initial team of 5-6 engineers has now expanded to a team of 50+ engineers and has reached the total strength of the organization to 120. The engineering staff is mainly Masters in Geotechnical Engineering and Geology along with the Diploma and Degree Engineers in Civil & Mechanical. The engineering staff, which forms the core strength of the company, is well supported by various machineries - local and imported and some indigenously made to suit the site conditions. We at SOHAMS have been constantly upgrading our knowledge base by attending seminars (national & international) along with presenting of various case studies at the national level. With this many years in the industry SOHAMS have set its site specific solutions to carry out the most difficult job. To help in analysis SOHAMS has also acquired the software developed By Ministry of Surface Transport for embankment analysis for slope stability and settlements and also the software developed by Geoslope.

SOHAMS has set up its Design and AutoCAD centre and own laboratory with latest equipments and infrastructure. We carry out the various tests on soil and rock sample as per the project Requirement. We also carry out in-house R & D studies on soil and rock sample to backup our designs. We have also developed the equipment to measure some of the important properties of Geotextile.
